  1. Applying for Jobs
  2. Getting Scouted

1. Applying for Jobs

The managers post the jobs, the scholars check them out on the job board and apply for the most suitable job.

Jobs posted by managers can attract up to 10 applicants per job. The manager reviews the profile and performance of the applicants, finalizes the terms and conditions via direct messages on the site and sends the offer to Scholar.

A match is made and the job status becomes active when Scholar receives an offer from the manager and an agreement is reached.

2. Getting Scouted

Scholars will be visible on the Scholar Board and will be eligible to receive scouting invitations from Managers.

Users can search and list scholars on the Scholar Board. They can send scouts to matching scholars and initiate one-on-one chats.

It is important that Scholars keep their profile information up to date and attractive to Managers so that they can easily communicate their appeal.
